About us
Ideas don't ship themselves.
A software development and automation studio built around a simple idea: good software should do the work, not create more of it.
Who we are
Build, test, ship
Our name is what every engineering team says at the end of a sprint: the moment the work stops being a plan and starts being real. Most software ideas die somewhere between the two. Ours don't. We build, we test, we launch, usually inside three weeks.
We partner with businesses and founders to turn ideas into working products: web platforms, mobile applications, and custom automation systems. We focus on automation because that's where most companies leave the most value on the table. Every manual process is a process that can break, get delayed, or quietly cost you hours a week.
If you have a business idea but no technical team, that gap is what we exist to fill. You bring the domain knowledge. We bring the engineering.
What makes this work
Speed, scope, ownership
01
Speed without shortcuts
Two to three weeks is possible because we've built a reusable foundation: authentication, admin panels, scheduling, catalog integrations. Your budget goes toward what's specific to your business.
02
Fixed scope, fixed price
You know the number before we start. Changes are quoted openly, never absorbed quietly into an invoice.
03
No black box
Weekly demos, a live environment from week one, and direct access to the person writing the code.
04
You own what we build
Full handover at launch. We want you to stay because the work is good, not because you can't leave.
How we work
18 days, fixed price
Most of our projects go live in two to three weeks. Larger builds run in three-week phases, each one delivering something you can use.
- Days 1–2
Discovery
We start with a working session, not a quote. We map what you do, where the friction is, and what success looks like in practice.- You receive
- A written scope, a timeline, and a fixed price by the end of day two.
- We need from you
- The people who actually do the work today, in the room on day one.
- Days 3–4
Planning & design
We put the build in writing: features, screens, integrations, what's included and what isn't. For anything with an interface, you'll see wireframes or a clickable prototype.- You receive
- An approved scope document and designs.
- We need from you
- One decision-maker who can sign off within 24 hours.
- Days 5–13
Build
Two short cycles, with a demo at the end of each, and a live test environment from the first week. A shared board shows what's done and what's next.- You receive
- Two working demos, a live test environment, and a written progress update each week.
- We need from you
- Feedback within 24 hours of each demo.
- Days 14–16
Testing & review
Functionality, performance under load, security, and behavior on real devices with real data. Then you test it too, using a checklist we provide.- You receive
- Anything that doesn't match the agreed scope is fixed at no cost.
- Days 17–18
Ship it
Deployment, domains, hosting, app store submission, and connection to your live accounts and data. We handle the technical side entirely.- You receive
- A live product, documentation, admin training for your team, and full handover of the code.
- Ongoing
Support & growth
We monitor closely for the first two weeks after launch. From there, monthly support plans cover monitoring, fixes, updates, and platform changes. As your business grows, we extend what we built.
Who we build for
Catalog, process, product
Businesses with a large product catalog
You sell hundreds or thousands of products, and your catalog grows faster than your marketing can keep up with. This is our clearest fit.
Businesses drowning in manual process
Numbers copied between systems, the same report rebuilt every month, approvals chased over WhatsApp. You don't need a new platform; you need the gaps between your tools closed.
Founders with an idea and no technical team
You know your industry deeply. You need a first working version, built fast, that real customers can use and react to.
Established businesses with no internal tools
You've outgrown spreadsheets, and off-the-shelf software was built for a business that works nothing like yours.
Agencies needing a technical partner
You win the work and manage the client. We deliver on schedule, behind your brand, with your client relationship left entirely alone.
Who we're not for
Said plainly
This is the part most studios leave out. We'd rather say it now.
- Organizations with long approval chains: committees, boards, or departments who don't agree with each other
- Anyone shopping purely on price rather than on reliability
- Projects with no scope yet: we'd start with a short, paid discovery instead
- Businesses that need a permanent in-house team rather than a build
- Work without a budget: equity-only, revenue share, or "money once we launch"

The first conversation costs nothing, and you'll leave it with a clear scope, a timeline, and a price, whether or not you work with us.
